1Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, scheduling a service, or engaging with ST HVAC Sales & Services ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2Services

We provide professional HVAC services, including but not limited to the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties. All services are performed by our qualified technicians.

3Estimates, Quotes, and Payment

All quotes or estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. The final invoice may vary if unforeseen complications or additional necessary work is discovered.

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, and other standard payment methods.

4Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by phone. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of ₹500.

5Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty of 90 days on all repairs and installations. This covers the labor performed by our technicians.

Parts and equipment are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we will facilitate claims on your behalf where possible. This warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, neglect, or pre-existing conditions of your HVAC system.

6Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ST HVAC Sales & Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

7Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
